Asus Cine5 PC Speaker

Today, ASUS rolled out its first PC speaker – Cine5. Cine5 is the world’s first PC speaker useing “EmbracingSound Theatre HD” patented technology, it is also the world’s smallest five-channel speaker array.

The ASUS Cine5 array within the integrated speaker,  lightweight, its length and width of 373 mm, 100 mm in height. Total power tops out at just 15W, but the combination of a unique side-firing bass port and high-end drivers allegedly produces about 15 decibels more bass than other speaker systems at its size. A headphone output supplies private audio without having to rewire a computer. The Cine5 should support any computer that has appropriate stereo or surround output.

Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid

Lotus has formally introduced Evora 414E hybrid at the 2010 Geneva auto show. The Lotus Evora 414E hybrid is so named because it has a power output of 414 hp. It’s also efficient, high performance hybrid sports car.

The Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid uses two electric motors driving each of the rear wheels (at 204 hp each) independently via single speed gear, integrated into a common transmission housing, thus enabling torque vectoring for stability control of the vehicle. On pure electricity, the car will zoom around for 35 miles. After those 35 miles, the Lotus Range Extender engine kicks in offering a total driving range of 300 miles or 480 kilometers. Additional range is provided by the Lotus Range Extender engine, an optimised 85-kilo 1.2-liter 3-cylinder that puts out 47hp engine, its only purpose is to charge the motors (meaning it never directly drives the vehicle). The drivetrain is designed to combine astonishing performance with efficient, low emissions driving. When the batteries need to be charged, it’ll be an overnight process. As for performance, Lotus claims that the Evora 414E Hybrid can sprint from standstill to 60mph in less than 4.0 seconds. For the car’s exterior look, Lotus Design has put together a unique copper-tinted paint scheme to evoke the idea of “electrical systems.”

Citroen Survolt Concept

Citroen has published the Survolt concept at the 2010 Geneva auto show. The Citroen Survolt is a high-performance all-electric vehicle. Its appearance uses an unusual design, elegance, charm and passion for sports. The Citroen Survolt concept turns through its radically new vision in a consummate blend of high-fashion glamour and extravagance with motor-racing.

The Citroen Survolt concept has a high-performance electric motor that powers the rear wheels. This makes the Survolt a proper sports car to drive. The Citroen Survolt measures 3.85 m long, 1.87 m wide and 1.20 m high. The design is impressive, featuring voluptuous bonnet and generous, sculpted flanks highlighted by emphatic wheel arches as well as a front end characterised by slim, horizontal headlights, a large oval-shaped grille with Citroen’s integrated double chevrons and an eye-catching vehicle badge design. The rear design is completed by the impressive spoiler, a must-have in motor sport.

It will be official published in 2013, its price of £150,000.

Renault Wind Coupe Convertible

Renault company has published Renault Wind at the 2010 Geneva auto show. The Renault Wind is a little coupe convertible, just 3.83 meters long, it use of electric Monolithic hard-top design. When the open / closed, in order to shaft flip directly into the rear boot space, so the boot space is always maintained at  270 liters capacity.

The Renault Wind will useing two Twingo engine. Including: Twingo GT used a 75kW, 100-horsepower, 152Nm 1.2-liter turbocharged engine and the Renault sport Twingo’s 98kW, 133 horsepower, 160Nm 16-valve 1.6-liter engine.

The Renault Wind is also equipped with 17-inch diamond-effect wheels (195/45 R16 or 205/40 R17), 2×35W radio-CD with MP3 playback, incorporating Bluetooth® connectivity (audio and phone), High-gloss black roof and more. Five colours will be available: Majorelle Blue, Pearlescent Black, Glacier White, Altica Grey and Dyna Red. Renault official sources said that the Renault Wind’s price is not high.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Superleggera

Lamborghini will pbulish the Gallardo LP560-4 Superleggera at the 2010 Geneva auto show. The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera: less weight, more power. The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Superleggera’s body and interior are widely used carbon fiber material, side windows and transparent hood used polycarbonate material. It has superb handling performance and lower carbon dioxide emissions.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera is equipped with the 5.2 liters V10 engine that develops 570 hp at 8,000 rpm and 540 Nm (398,3 ft lbs) of torque at 6,500 rpm. This engine can take the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera from 0 to 100 km/h in 3,4 seconds and to 200 km/h in 10.2 seconds. The top speed of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera is rated by the carmaker at 325 km/h (202 mph).

Koenigsegg Agera Top Super Sports Car

Swedish supercar manufacturer – Koenigsegg will publish the Agera at the 2010 Geneva Auto Salon. The Koenigsegg Agera is a new top super sports car. Agera, the Swedish verb “to act”, has been chosen as the name for Koenigsegg´s latest super creation, as it symbolizes the Koenigsegg striving forward, seeking challenges beyond limitations.

The Agera’s body line is more rounded than the CCX. It’s headlights and tail lights use a higher brightness LED lamps. After the tail size increased, with the new aerodynamic spoiler design, when the speed reached 250 km may produce up to 300kg downforce to stability the body. The car’s body uses carbon fiber and the cellular aluminum alloy frame to ensure that the body rigidity while reducing the weight.

Koenigsegg Agera uses the 4.7 liter V8 developed, maximum horsepower is 910hp at the 6850rpm-redline. Torque hits 1100Nm at 5100rpm. Thanks to a dry weight of 1290kg (2832lbs), the Agera manages to reach 100km/h (62mph) in 3.1 seconds and 200km/h (124mph) in 8.9 seconds. Top speed is estimated at 390+ km/h (245+ mph).

In addition, the Agera is also equipped with ceramic brake system, 19-inch front wheels and 20-inch rear wheels lightweight alloy wheels, four-point seat belts, G-Force sensor system (with digital display), support multimedia devices such as USB interface. Koenigsegg each year only produce 20 sets Agera.

Mercedes Benz F800 Concept

Mercedes Benz F800 Concept will debut at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show. The F800 is the first completely new line design of the Mercedes-Benz model. The Mercedes Benz F800 is a plug-in hybrid.

The Mercedes Benz F800 provide two kinds power of plug-in hybrid and fuel cell. The former combines a 300 bhp V6 petrol engine with a hybrid module rated at 109 bhp. The lithium-ion batteries with a storage capacity of over 10 kWh can be recharged either at a charging station or a household power socket, and can solely power the car for up to 30 km. Claimed fuel consumption is 34.5 km/l coupled to CO2 emissions of only 68 g/km. Performance isn’t sacrificed for this – 0-96 km/h is done in 4.7 seconds while top speed is 250 km/h. In electric mode, maximum velocity is 120 km/h. This system will be launched together with the next-gen S-Class.

The Mercedes Benz F800 has the fuel cell located in the front, while the compact electric motor (136 bhp, 290 Nm) is installed near the rear axle. The F800 uses 7-speed manual and automatic hybrid transmission gearbox. When release the throttle, engine and electric motor power link between the disconnect, can reduce the power consumption.

2010 Citroen DS3 Racing Limited Edition

Recently, Citroen will launch the 2010 DS3 Racing Limited Edition at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show. The 2010 Citroen DS3 Racing Limited Edition is a high-performance version of the DS3 models, limited sales of 1,000 vehicles. 

In appearance and the interior, DS3 Racing to join a large number of orange elements. Citroen DS3 Racing’s dark grey body is tastefully contrasted with a vibrant, bright orange-coloured roof, side mirrors and brake callipers. The alloy wheels and front grille surround – with integrated chevrons – are finished in orange chrome. Followed the A sporty carbon finish is used around the front bumper, lower body trim and wing extensions, whilst large 18″ alloy wheels, chrome door handles and even a chrome-finished exhaust complete the dynamic styling. That the interior was also impressed with the real racing car. Inside the cabin, smart carbon trim adorns the dashboard, centre console, steering wheel embellisher, armrests and door side mouldings. The vibrant orange bodywork and decals continue into the cabin with the glossy strip of the dash, gear stick and gear stick surround finished in the same bright tone. The sporty, figure-hugging seats are also touched with orange elements and are embossed with ‘Citroën Racing’.

Citroen DS3 Racing’s tuned and turbo-charged 1.6-litre THP 150 engine develops 200hp – a power increase of almost 30% over the standard unit – with a torque increase of 15% from 240Nm to 275Nm. To achieve the additional power output, from 156hp to 200hp, Citroën Racing’s engineers modified and optimised the powertrain components, tuned the performance of the turbo and adjusted the mapping of the engine control unit. A special tail pipe and muffler were also added. The fitment of stiffer suspension springs, adapted front and rear shock absorbers, and the widening of the front and rear tracks by 30mm – plus lowering the car by 15mm – all dramatically change the driving dynamics.

World’s Most Expensive Car Key

Recently, Swiss watch company launched the world’s most expensive car keys, asking price 21.85 thousand pounds. It’s specifically for the Aston Martin luxury sports car brand design.

This expensive key system is installed on a watch inside, can open the Aston Martin luxury sports car. The unique car key developed by Jaeger-LeCoultre — one of the world’s most prestigious luxury watches manufacture in Switzerland. Jaeger’s engineers had to reduce the size of the transponder that sends the locking signal to the car so it would fit. Then, they spent 18 months working out how to install the watch’s mechanical internals while ensuring its timekeeping isn’t affected by the transponder’s electrical field.

The watch face is a sensing device. There are two ‘zones’ on the sapphire crystal face, between 8 and 9 o’clock, and between three and four. If indulgent owners press the space between 8 and 9 o’clock the doors of the car will open, and if they press  the space between three and four the doors of the car will lock. If you touch both sides together, the car’s lights will flash.

Peugeot 207 S16 Special Edition

Recently. Peugeot has unveiled the 207 S16 special edition.  It was created to celebrate Kris Meeke’s win of the 2009 IRC drivers’ title. The Peugeot 207 S16 special edition is only intended for the UK market only, and it will be produced only 250 in the world.

The Peugeot 207 S16 special edition uses a strong 1.6-liter VTi petrol engine, that produces 120 bhp (kW), the 207 runs from 0-62 mph in 10.7 seconds and has a top speed of 125 mph. On the up side, the engine returns a combined 47.1 mpg and has an emissions rating of 139 g/km.

The Peugeot 207 S16 special edition comes with a new Bianca White exterior body color, a fully body kit from the 207 RC Cup which includes new front and rear spoilers, side skirts and a rear diffuser, SP Sports mesh grille, dark tinted rear windows from the 207 GTi model, special interior badge, optional vinyl rally graphics and 17″ Hockenheim Alloy Wheels.
